Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla (120 Km / 3-4 Hrs)

Once you get picked up from Chandigarh airport or railway station you’ll be driven to reach Shimla. On the journey, explore the hilly trail, Shoghi Valley, Sankat Mochan Temple, Barog Valley, and Vaishno Devi Cave. After an eventful day, you can shop at Mall road in the evening before you head to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Shimla - Narkanda (70 Km / 2-3 Hrs)

After breakfast, head to Narkanda that is also the most popular hill station of Himachal. The hill station is located at an altitude of 8100 above sea level. The place is located between valleys of River Sutlej and Giri. From the valley views to captivating snow-capped adventure activities, you can do so much at the place.

The dense forests and apple orchards are major highlights of this place. The place is also famous for winter sports and skiing. In fact, skiers from all over India visit this place in winters. It also houses a well-known ski resort. Narkanda is a gateway to apple orchard as it's connected to Thanedar belt of Himachal. Don't miss the place for its amazing plantations. The tour also includes a visit to Hatu peak, Hatu Mata temple and Parm Jyotir Temple. You can also visit Tannu Jubbar Lake that has a breathtaking view.

Day 3: Narkanda - Sarahan (100 Km / 3-4 Hrs)

After breakfast, head to Sarahan that is 4 hours away from Narkanda. You can take a halt at Rampur for lunch. As the place is 2165 meters above sea level, the drive is simply mesmerizing. Once you check into the hotel, relax for some time and head for Srikhand Mahadev Peak and also visit the 800 years old Bhimakali Temple.
In the evening, enjoy the panoramic view of the valley. You can also attend the evening aarti of Bhimakali Temple to seek some solace and divine intervention. Head to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Sarahan - Sangla (90 Km / 5 hours)

You can attend the morning Aarti at Bhimakali Temple and then have your breakfast. Check out from your hotel and head to another breathtaking destination Baspa valley. It's the most spectacular valley in Himachal. Head to Sangla for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Sangla - Chitkul - Sangla (40 Km / 3 hours)

After breakfast, explore the ancient Kamru Fort and Temple dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi. It gives a wonderful insight into the history and culture of the place. After lunch, head to Chitkul on the old Indo-Tibetan trade route. The mesmerizing views and lush greenery of the place are simply awe-inspiring. A day spent here is quite refreshing. Day 6: Sangla - Kalpa (49 Km / 4 hours)

After breakfast, checkout from your hotel and head to Kalpa. As its 2670 meters above sea level, the views are simply breathtaking. Its also a district headquarter of Kinnaur. Once you reach Kalpa, check into your hotel and relax for some time. Explore the places near Kalpa and in the evening visit the famous Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar. Feel a very positive vibe at this place. Head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Kalpa tour

Don't miss the mesmerizing sunrise over Kinner Kailash Peaks. It's simply breathtaking and divine. Kalpa is also famous for chilgoza plantations and famous apple orchards. There are many pine trees with lush greenery and scenic views around this place.

After breakfast, head to Narayan Nagini Temple Complex. This houses various temples and shrines of Buddhist and Hindus. It gives a sense of divine intervention. After lunch, head to Roghi Village to get the local flavor of Pahadi cuisine and culture. Head back to your hotel in Kalpa for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Kalpa to Shimla (240 Km / 8 hours)

After breakfast, drive back to Shimla that is about 8 hours drive from Kalpa. Once you reach Shimla, you can shop for some local stuff at the Shimla market or Mall road. Head to your hotel in Shimla for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Shimla to Chandigarh (120 Km / 3-4 Hrs)

It's time to bid adieu to the fascinating tour. After breakfast, leave for Chandigarh. Get dropped at airport or railway station by the cab driver. Take along awesome memories of the magnificent Himachal tour.
